Lesson 5 B - Colours, spelling and asking about colours

In this lesson, students will learn how to ask about colours using the phrase, What colour is it?. They will also learn the colours vocabulary: red, yellow, green, blue and brown. The video can be repeated several times until a firm mastery of the letters has been achieved. After watching, repeat the video, but turn off audio and let the student tell you what they see. This is like a memory game.

In this video lesson, ESL/EFL students will learn names of colours in English: green, yellow, red, blue and white. To learn, press the play button on the video player, look, listen and repeat. Pause and replay until you have mastered the lesson. To further practise the vocabulary learnt, go to the worksheets and flashcards and find corresponding worksheets and flashcards to do some writing, reading and grammar.
